Why we started AllFix
AllFix Appliance Repair was founded in 2024 in Naples, Florida by a small group of technicians who were tired of watching the big chains treat customers like ticket numbers. We had all spent years working for national appliance repair brands, and we kept seeing the same things: dispatchers reading from a script, hidden trip fees stacked onto invoices, two-hour windows that turned into all-day waits, and technicians who showed up without the parts (or training) to actually fix the appliance in front of them. We thought Naples deserved better than that.
So we built the company we wished existed. AllFix is family-operated, based right here in Naples, and run by the same technicians who answer your phone call and show up at your door. We live in the neighborhoods we serve — Pelican Bay, Port Royal, Mediterra, Lely, Park Shore — and we treat every house like it belongs to a neighbor. No call centers in another state. No surprise charges. No subcontractors. Just a small team of certified technicians who care whether your Sub-Zero is actually fixed when we leave.
Our philosophy
Honest pricing
You get a written estimate before we touch a single screw. The number we quote is the number you pay — no environmental fees, no shop-supply charges, no "while we were in there" surprises tacked on at the end. If a repair doesn't make financial sense, we'll tell you.
Real humans on the phone
When you call AllFix, you reach a Naples local — usually one of the technicians or the owner. No phone trees, no offshore call centers, no scripts. You can describe what your dishwasher is doing in your own words, and the person listening already knows how to fix it.
2-hour arrival windows
We don't waste your day. When we book a service call, we give you a two-hour arrival window — not "sometime between 8 and 5." We text you when the technician is en route, and we show up inside the window we promised. If we're running late, you'll hear from us first.
Same-day service when possible
A broken refrigerator on a hot Naples afternoon isn't something that can wait until next week. If you call before noon and we have an opening, we'll be at your door the same day. Our trucks are stocked with the most common parts for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Bosch, and Miele.

Our service commitments
- 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the repair fails on the same component within ninety days, we come back and make it right at no charge.
- Written estimate before any work begins. You see the number, you approve the number, and that's the number on your invoice.
- No hidden fees. No environmental surcharge, no trip charge inside our service area, no shop-supply fee, no fuel adjustment.
- Honest "repair or replace" advice. If your fifteen-year-old dryer isn't worth the repair, we'll say so — even though it costs us the job.
- Same-day service when scheduled before noon. Call before 12pm and, if our schedule allows, we'll be on-site that afternoon.
